All Paiwen paddleboards and items come with a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects.
1 Year Customer Warranty and Return Policies
1. Warranty and Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by impact, misuse, excessive exposure to weather and extreme conditions, normal wear and tear (such as foot pressure dents), improper handling and storage or anything else other than major defects in original materials or workmanship.
2. Warranty and Returns will not be accepted if any alterations, repairs or modifications have been made to any part of the product.
3. Manufacturers’ warranties are valid only when products are used for normal recreational activities.
4. If boards are broken due to rider error or extreme conditions, neither of these are the fault of the manufacturing process, in this case the boards are not covered by warranty.
5. The warranty period for all NEW boards sold at retail price is 1 year from the date of purchase. This is for manufacturer defects only.
6. Paiwenboards.com is not responsible for any costs that may be incurred for returning products for warranty claims or returns, including shipping charges.
7. We reserve the right to refuse warranty and return requests for non-defective items.
8. Sales and promotional items will not be accepted for returns.
9. All products must be returned to receive a warranty claim. No warranty claims will be issued over the phone.
10. If a warranty product is issued, the damaged product must be sent back to Paiwenboards.com for credit.
11. For your convenience, Paiwenboards.com will ship out your new product prior to receiving a the returned product. If a refund warranty is issued, we will credit the same account that the product was purchased with.
12. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any products ordered and returned (items which were not under warranty).

Shipping & Damaged Items
- Customers are responsible for notifying [email protected] in the event of any shipping damage.
- Please do not allow FedEx to leave the fragile package without you closely inspecting the items inside the box.
- If the package is left at your home without your signature: When the damaged is identified after the fact, PAIWEN boards will not repair or replace the product.
- Please Refuse delivery if Product (Paiwen Board) is clearly and visually damaged and notify/email [email protected] with the photos of the condition of the shipment immediately.
- Do not sign the delivery ticket/receipt until you have inspected the shipment for visible damage on the exterior and interior of every box (i.e., holes, crushing, dents, severe marks/scuffs, crack or any other visible marking that could indicate damage). Any visible damages to the carton, please take photos of the carton condition before opening and inspect the goods.
- Don't let the shipping company driver rush you during your inspection, it is your right to inspect the goods thoroughly before you sign-off on the delivery ticket.
- Please ensure that Any visible damage to the box is noted on the delivery ticket/receipt.
- Each box must be opened and the entire packaging removed before the FedEx driver leaves. This is to inspect for any concealed shipping damage. If concealed damage is discovered, [email protected] must be notified within the same day of receipt of the shipment.
- If a customer signs the delivery ticket/receipt without noting damage and discovers damage later than the one (1) business day as noted above, www.paiwenboards.com will not repair or replace the product.
- Customer is responsible for notifying [email protected] in the event of any shipping damage.
